Qin Junfeng is currently a member of the leading Party members' group and deputy director general of the Foreign Affairs (Hong Kong and Macao Affairs) Office of Anhui Provincial People's Government. He is in charge of the information and culture division, passport and visa division, economic service division and foreign affairs service center of the office.

Personal Profile: Qin Junfeng, male, Han ethnicity, was born in June 1975 and is from Wujin, Jiangsu. He began his first job in July 1997 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in March 2002. He has a bachelor's degree in literature. He has successively served as section member of the new official class of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, staff member, consul attaché, and third secretary consul of the Chinese Consulate General in Hamburg, Germany, third secretary of the European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (during that time, he was sent to study at the University of Hamburg, Germany), vice-consul and second secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Germany, second secretary and first secretary of the European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, deputy director of the 3rd division of the European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and first secretary of the European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (during that time, he worked temporarily as assistant general manager of Anhui Credit Guarantee Group Co Ltd); assistant general manager, and member of the Party committee of Anhui Credit Guarantee Group Co Ltd. He is now a member the leading Party members’ group and deputy director general of the Foreign Affairs (Hong Kong and Macao Affairs) Office of Anhui Provincial People's Government.
