Zhang Lifang is currently a member of the leading Party members' group and deputy director general of the Foreign Affairs (Hong Kong and Macao Affairs) Office of Anhui Provincial People's Government. She is in charge of the sister relations division, foreign consular affairs division and protocol division of the office, and assists in the leadership over the secretariat of the office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee.

Personal Profile: Zhang Lifang, female, Han ethnicity, was born in June 1963 and is from Lujiang, Anhui. She began her first job in August 1981 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1994. She has a bachelor's degree. She has successively served as a teacher in Huizhou English junior college student class of the University of Science and Technology of China; head of the document section of Anhui Economic and Technological Development Corporation; deputy section chief-level secretary of the liaison division, section chief-level secretary of the office and the organization department, and deputy director of the organization department of the Communist Youth League Anhui Committee; and deputy director and director of the office, deputy inspector, deputy director general and member of the leading Party members' group of the CCPIT Anhui Sub-Council. She is now a member the leading Party members’ group and deputy director general of the Foreign Affairs (Hong Kong and Macao Affairs) Office of Anhui Provincial People's Government.
